Upgrade blueprint chatterbox division 2 upgrade#
Now that you have access to the blueprint, you’ll be able to upgrade the Exotics you already have. Once you have the blueprint, you’re almost ready to start crafting again. You can buy these blueprints for 1,010 E-credits. The vendor will start selling an upgrade blueprint for each Exotic you own. Once you’ve unlocked an Exotic - either by crafting it or picking it up off the ground - this vendor’s inventory will change. On the other side of the room is a more traditional vendor. To your left is the Quartermaster, responsible for your subclass upgrades and skill purchases. When you first walk into the White House, there are two vendors in the front hall. Step 1: Buy the blueprint Massive Entertainment/Ubisoft via Polygon This will increase that Exotic to the current maximum Gear Score.
Upgrade blueprint chatterbox division 2 how to#
This guide will teach you how to upgrade all the Exotics in your arsenal. Thankfully, you don’t need to repeat the grind to get a more powerful version of your favorite weapon. Some require lengthy quest lines, while others require long hours of grinding the same mission. But they’re also difficult weapons to come by. Guns like The Chatterbox, Liberty, and Merciless are potent tools in many different builds. but it's only gs490 and when you use the blueprint upgrade, it has nowhere to go but down. The Division 2 already has a powerful arsenal of Exotic weapons. So say you nuke your existing Chatter, go gather everything to build a new one and it god-rolls at 15k. and the whole point of the "upgrade" is to roll it to gs500 to raise your GS. Imho you wouldn't want to deconstruct your existing Chatter and gather it all over again because when you finally build it again, it'll be a gs490. so if you're already on the high end and want to push higher, have a lot of exotic components built up so you can re-roll it a few times and hope to get a good roll. Your roll at 13.6 is a rough call because it's higher than the middle, not CRAZY high, but you still might get a lower roll and that sucks. I don't know what it is specifically but say it's somewhere between 10 and 15k. "is it worth upgrading?" I don't have stats memorized but if you go into the crafting bench and look at constructing a Chatter, you'll see a potential damage range. I didn't really ever get a high roll, so I start the whole Liberty process fresh with Capitol Hill, which dropped the trigger, then the other items in sequence.

I broke down my chatterbox and liberty for the "exotic components" they gave me so I could re-roll my nemesis multiple times. I actually don't run the chatterbox, I'm a sniper guy so I use the Nemesis but it's the same concept. It gives you a new item "exotic component" (2x per weapon broken down) which you can use in conjunction with the upgrade blueprint to re-roll your gs500 exotic. In other words when you "deconstruct" an exotic, it does NOT break apart into the original components that you had to gather in order to build it. That's not to be confused with the ITEM called "exotic component", which is what you get when you deconstruct an exotic. I'd recommend google / double checking this but I think the way it works is that if you have a particular exotic in your inventory (person, storage, whatever) then it won't drop the components again to make a "new" one - I'm pretty sure you have to deconstruct the one you have before it'll start dropping the components to build a new one again. don't deconstruct the one you want though! (chatterbox in this case) this is why people will farm multiple exotic weapons like Liberty or Pestilence so they can deconstruct, get a bunch of Exotic parts and re-roll your main desired exotic until you get a "good" roll. Now you can continue to re-roll for better stats with "exotic weapon parts" which you get from deconstructing other exotic weapons like the Liberty. If your original weapon had a high damage roll it's possible nay, probable that you'll actually lose damage when you re-roll to gs500. I didn't even realize for a while that the NPC next to the crafting bench is now a vendor (wasn't at launch)Īlso protip: running the upgrade with the blueprint re-rolls the weapon damage. Protip: the exotic blueprints are from the CRAFTING vendor, not the main weapons or clan vendors. If you literally just crafted it, most people have to sign out and back in before the blueprints show up at the vendor.
